At WorkDesQ, we provide a refund policy for our employee work monitoring software and help businesses operate more efficiently. Client satisfaction is important to us and this refunding policy outlines the terms under which refunds are reviewed, requested and issued.

Refund Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Refunds - Employee work monitoring software is a subscription-based tool,Refund criteria depend on the type of subscription plan purchased (monthly or yearly).

Refunds Conditions - You are experiencing a technical issue that prevents you from using features of our software and our support team is unable to resolve this issue within the given time.

You were incorrectly charged due to a billing error on our part and you were charged for a service you did not intend to continue.

We provide full access to demos, product tours and trial options to evaluate before purchase so refund requests are not eligible in these cases like dissatisfaction with software features, misunderstanding of functionality and lack of usage.


Refund Request Procedure

Free trials - Our technical support team offers you free trials so clients get full access to software before committing to a paid subscription. Refunds will not be issued for users who completed a trial period and decided to continue with the paid plan.

Monthly subscription - The monthly software plan is non-refundable once the billing period has started and no partial refunds will be issued for unused days

Annual subscriptions - Yearly subscription offers discounted pricing. For this reason, refunds are provided if a refund request is made within 7 days of the renewal date. After 7 days annual plans become non-refundable.

How to raise refund request - Contact our technical support team including your email account, invoice number and reason for the refund request. Once approved, the refund will be returned to you through the original payment method.


Account Deactivation

Automatic Renewals - All WorkDesQ subscription plans automatically renew to prevent disturbance in software service. If you want to stop auto-renewal, you must cancel before the renewal date and if you apply cancellation after renewal, it will be applied to next renewal not the current one

Non-Refundable Terms - Our software service purchased from third parties, add-ons and customization requested by clients.

Cancellation By Us - We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms and conditions. If we find that our software is used for improper purposes and engage in unauthorized practices, in those cases no refunds will be issued unless required by law

Account Deactivation after Cancellation - After your subscription ends, your account will switch to limited access or inactive state. Your historical reports may be removed or restricted based on data retention policy and you are responsible for exporting all data before the subscription end date.

Policy Updated - WorkDesQ reserves the right to update and modify the refund policy at any time and changes will be posted on our website, and the update date will be mentioned on top of our website page
