User Responsibilities - Here are some of your responsibilities you must do to provide accurate and complete information to us when creating and updating your account. Our services only for lawful and authorized business purposes. Maintaining confidentiality of login details and notify us when someone tries to login to your account.

Subscription and payments - By subscribing, you authorized WorkDesQ to charge your selected payment. Prices, fees and billing cycle are outlined on your website. All subscription purchases are governed by a refund policy.

License and Acceptable - We grants you a limit. non-exclusive and non-transferable. We are not allowed to monitor individuals without official order, install our software for personal use, distribute, resell our software to unauthorized persons, upload harmful content like malware, viruses, scripts and you trying to modify system functionality.

You are solely responsible for informing employees about monitoring, obtaining written consent where required by law, following GDPR. CCPA rule and you must use employee monitoring software feature ethically and lawfully

Trails Periods and Promotional Offers - Free trials or promotion access cannot be extended. limited only one per user and we have the right to revoke promotion access without notice in case of misuse if we feel.
